Press:
Red, Yellow, Blue, Red [x2], Blue [x2], Red, Yellow, Blue to unlock all songs.

Or use a controller and press Triangle, Circle, Square, Triangle [x2], Square [x2], Triangle, Circle, Square.

Using this cheat code will disable saving.
